Library Access Plans

  • Library access plans give you unlimited access to our platform’s library of videos.
    Duration depending on the plan you purchased. 

Zoom Flow Plans

  • There are only 12 slots per class for quality control

  • Only one person per Zoom window is allowed

  • You can book a class as early as two weeks before class until class start time

  • We have a 3 minute grace period after class start time for you to initially enter class

  • You can cancel a class up to 12 hours before class start time. Booking credits will not be returned if a class booking is cancelled less than 12 hours before class start time

 

Return & Refund Policy:

  • We do NOT offer refunds on any Pricing Plans, Workshops, or apparel and merchandise.

  • We do NOT offer extensions any Pricing Plan on this online platform

 

Transfers:

  • All Class Plans and Workshops are non-transferable.

  • All Class Plans must be used by the original purchasing client

 

Memberships & Online Account

  • Contracts have a 2 week minimum and 4 week maximum commitment.

  • Memberships and Use of Account begin on date of purchase, account start dates are non-adjustable

 

Discount

  • Discount is NOT eligible for these online packages

  • Discount is only applied via PROMO/DISCOUNT Code

Children’s Policy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we discover that a Children under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our servers immediately.

WAIVER —

GUEST acknowledges that there are certain inherent risks and dangers in practicing yoga and exercise in association with the Online Classes.  He / she acknowledges that some of these risks cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. The specific risks vary from one activity to another but range from (1) minor injuries such as scratches, bruises, and sprains; (2) major injuries such as eye injury or loss of sight, joint or back injuries, heart attacks, and concussions; and (3) catastrophic injuries including paralysis and death, among others.  GUEST has read and thoroughly understands the COMPANY’s safety instructions. He / she may request that an electronic copy be provided to him / her. At all times, GUEST shall comply with all the terms, posted safety signs, rules and verbal instructions given to him/her by the COMPANY. BEHAVIOR. — I agree to abide by the COMPANY’s etiquette guidelines found in COMPANY’s website (www.othermovement.online) (the “Website”). The COMPANY reserves the right to deny access to any person the COMPANY deems to be acting in an inappropriate or unsafe manner. 

 

FREE AND HARMLESS. — GUEST hereby 1) agrees to assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damage which are sustained or aggravated by him / her in relation to the Classes and Facilities; and 2) releases, indemnifies and holds harmless the COMPANY, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, employees, representatives and agents, and each of their respective successors and assigns, from any and all responsibility, claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities to the fullest extent allowed by law arising out of or in any way related to the Classes and use of the Facilities. 

 

REPRESENTATIONS. — Guest represents that he/she (1) is of legal age, or if, below eighteen (18), has received the consent of his / her parent / legal guardian to sign this Waiver; (2) is physically and psychologically fit to sign up for and / or attend and participate in classes, events, trainings, activities, and other programs (collectively, the “Classes”) of OTHER MOVEMENT STUDIO (“COMPANY”)”; (3) has no medical or physical condition that would prevent, restrict, limit or hinder him / her from properly participating in the Classes or using the Videos of the COMPANY, and if applicable, all medical conditions, regardless of severity, have been fully disclosed to the COMPANY and he/she has secured the consent of his/her physician to participate in the Classes; and (4) has not been advised or instructed by a physician or other medical practitioner not to participate in any physical activity or the Classes for any reason whatsoever. GUEST acknowledges that he/she is aware that if he/she has any disability, illness, sickness, or medical condition, he / she is at risk in the Classes, training, and should not be participating in the Classes. 

 

GUEST acknowledges that the COMPANY shall not be responsible for any injury or accident that may occur during Classes, and agrees to hold the COMPANY free and harmless for any costs, expenses, or damages he incurs in connection with or as a result of any injury or accident during Classes. GUESTS shall obey all rules and regulations of the COMPANY and shall heed all instructions, precautions and warnings given out by the COMPANY or any of its representatives during his/her participation in the Classes.

 

GUEST shall remain responsible for keeping up-to-date with any revisions, changes, amendments or additions to the rules and regulations of the COMPANY and agrees to remain bound by the same. 

 

INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE. – the Terms and Conditions in the Website and incorporated into this New GUEST Waiver. The COMPANY reserves the right to amend, modify or alter this New GUEST Waiver at any time.
